County Bank Appoints Shari L. Williams
Vice President, Small Business Lending

April 11, 2007 - Shari L. Williams has been appointed Vice
President, Small Business Lending, at Fairfield County Bank. Ms.
Williams is responsible for the development and management of the
small business lending activities for Fairfield County Bank and
Ridgefield Bank, a division of Fairfield County Bank. She brings to
her position a well-rounded background in commercial finance which
favorably contributes to her ability to effectively manage the
financing and banking needs unique to small businesses. Prior to
joining Fairfield County Bank in September 2006 as Vice President,
Commercial Lender and Credit Officer, Ms. Williams was Senior Vice
President, Risk Management at SL Financial Services (a subsidiary of LBBW Financial Group) in Westport. Earlier in her career, she held
the position of Vice President, Capital Markets at Lyon Credit Corp.
(a subsidiary of Credit Lyonnais) in Stamford, and previous to that,
Commercial Credit Manager at Phoenixcor Financial Services, Inc. in
Norwalk. Ms. Williams earned a B.A. in Economics and an MBA in
Finance from Fairfield University. She is located at the Bank’s
Ridgefield office at 150 Danbury Road and resides in Easton with her
family.
